EULA
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End User" or "You") and Superior AdBlock ("Superior AdBlock" or "We") for the use of the Superior AdBlock extension ("Extension").
License Grant
We respect your privacy by refusing to gather any personally identifying data while you are using Superior AdBlock. The Extension works just on your device; no data is sent to our servers or any other servers.
The application Information
Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Superior AdBlock grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use the Extension on a single device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the Extension.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the Extension to any third party.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained in the Extension.
- Use the Extension in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with this EULA.
Ownership
The Extension is licensed, not sold, to you. Superior AdBlock retains all right, title and interest in and to the Extension, including all intellectual property rights therein.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Superior AdBlock be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Extension, even if Superior AdBlock has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Superior AdBlock if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you shall cease all use of the Extension and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Extension.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
